When you use MindMint, we may collect certain information to provide and improve our services. This includes: (1) Account information such as email address if you create an account; (2) Usage data including how you interact with features like habits, tasks, and focus sessions; (3) Device information such as your iPhone model and iOS version; (4) Anonymized analytics to improve the app experience. We do not collect sensitive health data beyond what you voluntarily enter into mood and habit logs.

We use the information we collect to: provide and personalize AI-powered features; improve our services and develop new features; send you important updates about MindMint; respond to your support requests; comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256). Core productivity data such as your habits, tasks, and daily routines is stored primarily on your device. Cloud sync, when enabled, uses encrypted connections. We follow security best practices and conduct regular audits.
Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; object to certain processing; data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mindmint.app or use the data deletion feature within the app settings. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
MindMint uses a limited number of third-party services to operate, including Apple's infrastructure for App Store distribution and optional cloud sync. We do not integrate advertising networks or sell behavioral data to data brokers. Any third-party services we use are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy
MindMint is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
