Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MindMint. These terms govern your access to and use of our application and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MindMint (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of MindMint.
License to Use
MindMint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or extract the source code.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MindMint is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
MindMint offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple pursuant to their terms. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MindMint for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
MindMint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MindMint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The MindMint name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of MindMint.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MindMint is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. MindMint is a productivity tool and does not constitute medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice for ADHD.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email.
